As a five-time Salon Today Top 200 honoree, NAHA nominee, and former member of the Professional Beauty Association's Salon/Spa Advisory Council, I have built a career at the intersection of craft, commerce, and leadership.
After nearly nine years as owner of Allure Beauty Bar, I now channel that same drive into education, consulting, and industry advocacy. I am the founder of Arise, an AI-powered color formulation app built specifically for professional hair colorists, and a contributing writer for Drop Dead Hair Extensions. My lens is practical, my standards are high, and my ability to translate real-world salon experience into strategy that actually works has made me a trusted voice for professionals at every stage of their career.
